Born in historic hatago (traditional hotel restaurant) in Edo
(old Tokyo) after the ruin, where Sakamoto Ryoma, famous
freelance samurai and patriot of the Meiji restoration, once
called on? in the late Edo era . . . . . more
Awarded honzan-sho (head temple prize) from kanjyu
(head priest) of Soto Zen daihonzan (head temple) Eiheiji
at the elementary school graduation.
With self studied sense and skill of photography, writing,
painting and calligraphy, self produced, self researched,
self budgeted, solo tripped and non solicited photo/text
articles were published in 22 magazines of 11 countries.

幕末には坂本龍馬も憩んだ?江戸の旅籠に没落後生まれる。　
小学校卒業時に曹洞宗大本山永平寺貫首より本山賞受賞。　
独学で写真と文と絵と書を学び、すべて自企画、自調査、全額自費取材、　
単独行、押し売りで、11ヶ国 22誌に写真と文を寄稿。
